2016-17 Men's Hockey Schedule

The schedule for this coming season was released in this morning's Troy Record. Here it is - much of it, we more or less knew.

What we didn't know: There's an exhibition against McGill on the 2nd of October, a Sunday. The Union home-and-home kicks off the season for the third straight year. UNH is indeed on the schedule, as is UMass-Lowell.

And most surprising of all, a non-conference tilt against Clarkson, in Lake Placid, on the first weekend of 2017. That's not even the most amazing part of it. Apparently, this game was originally supposed to take place in Beijing. As in, China. Yeah. Lake Placid at least a little easier travel-wise, but... wow.

Anyway, here's the full monty. 7pm starts unless otherwise indicated, all times Eastern.

Looking to Next Year

With the season over and the schedule for next year still not out, might be a good time to take a look and see exactly what we're expecting for 2016-17.

First thing we always do is look at the non-conference schedule from the season past and try to divine things from that:

UMass-Lowell could be coming to Troy if they were part of a home-and-home starting last season.

Boston College was thought to be a home-and-home deal for 2013/2015, which would be concluded. If it's not, it's possible that 2015 was the first end of a home-and-home, so that would see the Engineers playing at Chestnut Hill this year.

Hosting New Hampshire this year was the conclusion of a second consecutive home-and-home, they're a common opponent and a trip to Durham wouldn't be unexpected this year.

Michigan was part of a 1-for-2 deal that concluded last year. The Engineers are done with the Wolverines.

At Arizona State for two is expected this coming season, if not, in two years.

Miami was the conclusion of a home-and-home four-game set. They are out.

--

Then there are the other teams we've heard scuttlebutt about. Last year they were on the schedule is in parentheses.

RIT (2012) is expected to be coming to Troy at some point as part of a Capital District weekend for them. RPI has played at least one Atlantic Hockey team every year since that conference was founded.

Rumors of Maine (2008) being on the schedule early in the season have been heard, not sure if that is home or away. Might pair well with UNH. As with Atlantic Hockey, RPI has had a Hockey East team on the schedule every year since that conference was founded (if you count beating Providence in the '85 championship game). Both make lots and lots of sense, they're right nearby.

North Dakota (2011 NCAAs - 1990 scheduled) is coming to Schenectady for a single game on New Year's Eve, and Union returns to Grand Forks for two in 2017-18. Tough to envision UND coming out east for just one game at Union of all places, but it's unknown if RPI would be a second game. Have heard it rumored that the Engineers and Fighting Hawks (huh?) are going to be paired off in this year's U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame game. That would be in Grand Forks and would be an exempt game, giving RPI an extra game to schedule. It's not out of the question that both could be true - which would set up an odd situation where there was essentially a home-and-home against a non-conference team in the same season, months apart. Stay tuned.

Ohio State (2007) supposedly is going to play a pair of games in Troy as the series with the Buckeyes searches for its first ever winner. All three prior games between the Engineers and OSU were in Troy and ended in 5-5 ties - two in the 1970s, and one in the 2000s. For what it's worth, expect to see more big names from out west coming east now that there is a Pairwise benefit to playing road games. Minnesota is known to be playing at Clarkson and St. Lawrence next season, something that never would have happened even four years ago. This is in line with Michigan coming to the Capital District last year and North Dakota next year.

No specific discussion has been heard on Boston University (2015), but like New Hampshire, they're a common opponent and it was unusual that the Terriers were not on the schedule this year. We're still waiting to see if David Quinn is going to schedule RPI as often as Jack Parker did, we may still see a lot of BU but maybe not year in and year out.

Finally, the tournaments. The Engineers have been in an in-season tournament every year since 1952 with one exception: 2013. This is partially because they had one that they hosted from 1952 until 2011, but ultimately it's usually a good bet. This season, maybe not so much. Taking a look at the usual tournament periods...

Early: RPI isn't in the Icebreaker field, and it's highly unlikely they'd go to Alaska two years in a row.

Thanksgiving: Not in the Friendship Four field in Belfast, and unlikely they'd be in the Shillelagh Tournament two years in a row. This might be an opportune time for the Arizona State trip, if it is in fact this season.

Christmas: Plenty of opportunities for a tournament appearance here, though we've sort of eliminated more than half of them - GLI (WMU), Pittsburgh, and Florida (both known fields). If Arizona State keeps up their tournament, it's probably not overly likely that RPI will play in it, since they're due to head out there anyway. Burlington (which RPI played in 2006), Minnesota (2014), and Dartmouth (never in 27 years) tournaments are all possibilities among tournaments that existed last season.

As always, expect to learn about completely unexpected specific opponents when the schedule is released. At present, we haven't heard anything about WCHA teams on the schedule, but every other conference is represented among the rumors at least.

We do, however, have the dates for the non-travel partner games in the ECAC, which are planned in advance. They're subject to slight changes, especially the game at Harvard, since it's due the Saturday before the Beanpot final.

The Union games are likely to be home-and-home as has become the norm. Since the addition of the Mayor's Cup, these games have always been in the fall semester, either in October (to start the ECAC schedule) or November.

Right On Schedule

As the current season begins winding down, we're ready to start taking a look at next year's tentative schedule. Sometimes the official schedule is released by now, this year it has yet to be announced. However, we do know a few things about the 2015-16 season that we can share with you, including a skeleton schedule that covers 22 of the 34 regular-season games the Engineers will play next season, along with the dates for post-season play. Those are below, but first, what we know and what we've heard about the schedule in terms of opponents.

* First, exhibition(s). Usually, the Engineers kick the season off with an exhibition game against a Canadian college team from the Maritimes. If that's in the offing, the date for that would likely be October 3, 2015 based on previous experience.

Early in the year, we heard that the Let's Go Red! fund was seeking to fundraise for a trip to Europe for the men's hockey team. Technically speaking, any NCAA team is allowed to do a foreign tour once every four years, but few do. This has been done three times in the last two summers by ECAC teams: Quinnipiac and Dartmouth played games in Switzerland and Italy in 2013, Cornell did the same in 2014. Colgate has apparently also done this at some point in the last decade. We haven't heard peep on this since early in the season, but it could still be in the works.

One has to assume that RPI would put together some kind of travel package for alums and fans if this trip is going to happen - based on a cursory search Quinnipiac did this for their August 2013 trip and had information online for a fan package (priced at $2,350 before airfare) just before the 2012-13 season began. If this is still something that's in line to happen, it possibly won't be going down until the summer of 2016, but stay tuned nonetheless.

* Michigan will come to Troy for a single game this year (the Wolverines are in Schenectady for the other game). That was established in 2013 as being scheduled for October 24, 2015.

* Bank on RPI traveling to Ohio for a pair of games at Miami in return for the RedHawks' visit this season. That is practically certain.

* If the usual BU-RPI game is to take place, it's likely to be in Boston. Occasionally this game takes place twice in Boston before coming back to Troy, but pretty much never vice versa. This year's game was in Troy.

* Home-and-home matchups year-to-year with UNH are also pretty common, and this season was the first of a new cycle - expect a game against the Wildcats in Troy.

* RPI visited UConn this season in their first year in Hockey East, it wouldn't be a shock to see a return trip this coming year for the Huskies.

* 4th annual Mayor's Cup game, to be held in Albany. In line with previous editions and the existing ECAC schedule, this is almost certainly taking place on January 23, 2016.

* Arizona State is moving their club team to the varsity level next season, and Seth Appert has mentioned in multiple alumni meetings that the Sun Devils will be on the schedule. While Tempe in the winter is a dream road trip for pretty much anyone, expect to see them in Troy this season at least. Whether this is for one game (which would almost certainly be in conjunction with a game for ASU against Union) or two is unknown. A return trip to Tempe would then be in the offing in future seasons, so that's kind of exciting.

* At this point, it's possible that there will be no return trip to Troy for St. Cloud State to follow up from RPI's visit to Minnesota in 2012-13. If it doesn't happen this coming year, it's not happening at all, most likely. Since RPI's visit, St. Cloud has hosted Union for two (last year) and then came out to Schenectady for two (this year). So it may well just be off the table now.

* In a similar vein, we're probably pretty close to removing the rumored Western Michigan trip from the table as well, although now that Ben Barr is the associate head coach there, the coaching link that had the original series happening is now back in place.

* 22 ECAC games, as always. 20 of them are set by the ECAC (a schedule for which has already been released), with the Union games to be set by the Route 7 rivals. This has been a home-and-home weekend series for the past three seasons and 10 of the last 12 years, so expect something similar this time around. The likely dates for this would be either in the last weekend of October (creating Black Saturday on Halloween night for the second straight season) or during one of the open weekends in November (possible) or December (unlikely).

What's nice about next year's schedule is that, with the exception of the travel partner games, RPI goes through the entire league once, then goes back through it a second time. That used to be the norm, but the league got away from it in the last few seasons. This season, for instance, the Engineers completed their season series against Union, Harvard, Quinnipiac, and Princeton before facing Clarkson, St. Lawrence, Cornell, or Colgate for the first time (and you can add Dartmouth to the list before playing Clarkson/SLU).

* Adding up all of the potential games we've laid out comes out to 35 total games, which is one more than they're allowed and doesn't include the usual game(s) against an Atlantic Hockey team. So it's pretty unlikely that SCSU and WMU are going to be on the schedule, it's likely that neither will be. So stay tuned for more on next year's opponents.

In the meantime, here's the schedule as we more or less know it to be right now. It's subject to change.

Saturday, 24 October - MICHIGAN

Friday, 06 November - at St. Lawrence
Saturday, 07 November - at Clarkson
Friday, 13 November - YALE (potentially Black Friday)
Saturday, 14 November - BROWN

Friday, 04 December - DARTMOUTH
Saturday, 05 December - HARVARD

Friday, 08 January - at Princeton
Saturday, 09 January - at Quinnipiac
Friday, 15 January - CORNELL
Saturday, 16 January - COLGATE
Saturday, 23 January - vs. Union (Albany, NY)
Friday, 29 January - at Brown
Saturday, 30 January - at Yale

Friday, 05 February - ST. LAWRENCE
Saturday, 06 February - CLARKSON (possible Big Red Freakout!)
Friday, 12 February - at Harvard
Saturday, 13 February - at Dartmouth
Friday, 19 February - QUINNIPIAC
Saturday, 20 February - PRINCETON (possible Big Red Freakout!, definitely Senior Night)
Friday, 26 February - at Colgate
Saturday, 27 February - at Cornell

Fri-Sun, 4-6 March - ECAC First Round (at higher seeds)
Fri-Sun, 11-13 March - ECAC Quarterfinals (at higher seeds)
Friday, 18 March - ECAC Semifinals (Lake Placid, NY)
Saturday, 19 March - ECAC Championship (Lake Placid, NY)
Fri-Sun, 25-27 March - NCAA Regionals (Albany, NY; Worcester, MA; Cincinnati, OH; St. Paul, MN)

Thursday, 07 April - NCAA Frozen Four (Tampa, FL)
Saturday, 09 April - NCAA Championship (Tampa, FL)

It's worth noting that the Times Union Center is hosting the NCAA's East Regional for the first time since 2010. It used to be an every other year occasion that the tournament made a stop in Albany, but it's definitely been a while. One important thing has changed from RPI's perspective - whereas before RPI was always a host institution along with the ECAC for the East Regional when it was in Albany, in 2016 it will be hosted by the ECAC only. That's an key caveat, because it means that should RPI make it to the NCAA Tournament, they won't be guaranteed to be playing in Albany. The NCAA would likely move heaven and earth to make it happen (for the sake of ticket sales), but it wouldn't be a sure thing - like if putting the Engineers there would require them to play an ECAC team in the first round. If RPI were the host, it would be the other team forced to change sites. Not necessarily true now.

2014-15 Schedule: A Work in Progress

Some additions to what we know about the upcoming schedule:
* The exhibition game is against Prince Edward Island, who last came to Troy in the 2009-10 season. That game, according to precedent, is likely to take place on the 4th of October, coinciding with reunion weekend. It's possible it could be the following Sunday afternoon.

* The second day of the Icebreaker tournament will take place on Sunday in order to avoid the Notre Dame/North Carolina football game on Saturday.

* The Denver series is on, and it will be the weekend after the Icebreaker tournament as the Engineers rack up some frequent flyer miles in October.

* The Union home/home series is set to be the first ECAC games of the season for both teams. They kick off in Troy on Halloween night (which is likely to be Black Friday) and shift to Schenectady on November 1.

* Miami will return to Troy the first weekend of 2015 for a pair of games, according to the Redhawks' schedule.

* Other known opponents who we don't have a date for yet are Boston University, Bentley x2 (both coming to Troy), UConn, New Hampshire, and Michigan x2 (all on the road).

Open weekends are outlined below with an XX for each Friday and Saturday, though, of course, missing games could pop up on other days.

Our thoughts:
* The open weekend in October is probably the most likely place for the Bentley series to end up, since it would give RPI a pair of home games that count under their belts (against a little easier competition than their first two weekends) before starting league play.

* Expect the Michigan games to fall sometime in December after the break in the league schedule.

* The three Hockey East games, therefore, are likely to take place in November. It's possible the UNH and UConn road games will be one road trip. Meanwhile, we've seen BU pop up in Troy mid-week in the recent past, so don't be surprised if that happens.

* Expect the Harvard game to get moved to a mid-week placement if it doesn't follow the Yale/Brown road trip. Don't expect a game on January 31 - the trip to Dartmouth should basically just be a one-night stand.

Here's what we think we know so far.

Who's Next?

We still haven't seen a preliminary schedule for the Engineers, which is a bit odd for this time of year, but we can probably expect something relatively soon nonetheless.

Ahead of that, here's what we do know at this point, at least.

* We know that the Engineers will travel to Notre Dame in early October (exactly which weekend is not yet known) to participate in the 2014 Icebreaker along with the Fighting Irish, Minnesota, and Minnesota-Duluth. We suspect that RPI will take on Notre Dame in the Friday game, but nothing is firm yet. This tournament is exempt from the usual limit of 34 regular season games, meaning RPI will have 36 games this coming year.

* It has been released that the Engineers will be traveling to Ann Arbor, MI to take on the Michigan Wolverines in a pair of games.

* The working assumption for the last couple of seasons has been that St. Cloud State would be coming to Troy in 2014-15 as a return trip for RPI's visit to St. Cloud in 2012-13. However, Union visited St. Cloud for a pair in 2013-14, and the question is whether St. Cloud will be doing what Michigan is doing in 2015-16 with the Capital District, by playing RPI and Union once each (Union travels to Michigan in 2016-17 for two) as a return. So this is either one game or two.

* Since Denver came to Troy in 2013-14, one would expect a return trip to be due for the Engineers, whether this is taking place in 2014-15 is unknown.

* RPI had been set to travel to Western Michigan in 2012-13 before the NHL announced the Winter Classic for Ann Arbor that year, inducing the Great Lakes Invitational to swap St. Cloud for the Broncos for a planned all-Michigan outdoor GLI. In turn, RPI played St. Cloud in place of playing WMU. That all-Michigan outdoor GLI didn't happen in 2012-13 due to the NHL lockout, so it took place this season instead. Whether or not RPI and WMU are still planning to link up is unknown - part of the impetus for the plan in the first place was Jeff Blashill, Seth Appert's roommate at Ferris State, becoming the Broncos' head coach, he has since become head coach of the AHL's Grand Rapids Griffins.

* The BU-RPI "series" has been held in Boston two years in a row, it would not be a shock to see a BU-RPI game in Troy this coming season, though whether BU coach David Quinn is interested in continuing to play RPI every season as Jack Parker did has yet to be established.

* Not at all known if BC plans to reciprocate a game in Troy for the game in Chestnut Hill this season.

* This year's RPI-UNH game in Troy was the completion of a two-year home-and-home matchup between the schools, but it's not uncommon to see UNH on the schedule anyway. Certainly nothing firm here.

* Unless the Mayor's Cup brawl has soured relations beyond salvage, the 3rd installment is expected to take place in Albany. No reason to expect that it won't happen, though, especially now that there's a history to the game that could draw additional casual fans.

* Count on at least two games against Atlantic Hockey opponents. This year's series at Mercyhurst ended a two-year home-and-home. Sacred Heart and Army are common opponents, RIT and American International have been in the recent past.

* 22 ECAC games, same as usual.

According to the ECAC schedule for 2014-15 was put out in 2012, although sometimes games are moved around for a number of reasons, not the least of which is accommodation for Harvard's Beanpot participation. We should expect that will happen in the coming year as the Engineers are scheduled to play at Harvard on the Saturday before the first Monday in February.

If Union can reschedule its game at Dartmouth that same day, January 31 might make some sense for the Mayor's Cup game, although both teams would be returning from road games the previous day. College schedules are usually set in stone ahead of the AHL's schedule, so it's probably not necessary to work around the Albany Devils (who take part in the game's planning anyway).

Games between travel partner pairings are scheduled at the convenience of the two schools, for several years now this has been a home-and-home weekend with Union, usually in either November or December. We can expect that will be the case again this season.

So here's an outline of what we have for the schedule thus far:

Fri, 07 Nov - HARVARD (Black Friday according to precedent)
Sat, 08 Nov - DARTMOUTH
Fri, 14 Nov - PRINCETON
Sat, 15 Nov - QUINNIPIAC

Fri, 05 Dec - at Yale
Sat, 06 Dec - at Brown

Fri, 09 Jan - at Quinnipiac
Sat, 10 Jan - at Princeton
Fri, 16 Jan - COLGATE
Sat, 17 Jan - CORNELL
Fri, 30 Jan - at Dartmouth
Sat, 31 Jan - at Harvard (will be moved according to precedent)

Fri, 06 Feb - at St. Lawrence
Sat, 07 Feb - at Clarkson
Fri, 13 Feb - BROWN
Sat, 14 Feb - YALE (Big Red Freakout! according to precedent)
Fri, 20 Feb - at Cornell
Sat, 21 Feb - at Colgate
Fri, 27 Feb - CLARKSON
Sat, 28 Feb - ST. LAWRENCE (Senior Night according to precedent)

March 6-8 - ECAC First Round (at 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th seeds)
March 13-15 - ECAC Quarterfinals (at 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th seeds)
Fri, 20 Mar - ECAC Semifinals (Lake Placid, NY)
Sat, 21 Mar - ECAC Championship (Lake Placid, NY)
March 27-29 - NCAA Regionals (Providence, RI; Manchester, NH; South Bend, IN; Fargo, ND)

Thu, 09 Apr - NCAA Frozen Four (Boston, MA)
Sat, 11 Apr - NCAA Championship (Boston, MA)

So, for what we think we know, there are 28 (or 29, depending on St. Cloud's plans) games accounted for. We'll just have to wait and see what the rest of the schedule looks like when it's released, usually in a tentative format for season ticket brochures.

Tentative 2013-14 Men's Hockey Schedule

Here it is, the tentative schedule for next year. The exhibition game in October should be against a Canadian school as usual, the game against Boston College is rumored to be part of a doubleheader with BU/Cornell at Madison Square Garden (if it doesn't pan out, the game will likely take place in Chestnut Hill), and the second opponent in the Minnesota tournament in January is not known for sure, though it is believed the first opponent will be the Golden Gophers. Freakout! is presumed to be Brown, given the usual time of year for the event, though Harvard and Clarkson are outside possibilities.

Women's Hockey - 2012-13 Season Preview

Once again, we've hit that time of year when many hockey fans switch from "There's so much offseason left!" to "Wait, the season's here already?" With the women's hockey team set to take the ice Friday night against UConn, let's do a quick rundown of this year's incoming class and the upcoming schedule. We'll summarize the league schedule in the coming weeks.

The Engineers add three forwards, three defensemen, and a goalie to the roster for 2012-13, replacing a talented senior class which included Sierra Vadner, Amanda Castignetti, Laura Guillemette, Alicia Miksic, Alisa Harrison, and Jill Vandegrift. The freshmen (and one transfer student) will be counted on to contribute early and often in order to help the upperclassmen build from last year's disappointing 9-21-4 record and make it back to the playoffs after last year's miss.

On the blue line, Delaney Middlebrook (who transferred in from the now-defunct Niagara University team) will join the team as a sophomore. A 2-year captain at her high school in Minnesota, Middlebrook was a high scoring defenseman who may help to add some points from the blue line. She will be joined by freshmen Brandi Banks and Jenn Godin, both of whom were named MVP of their respective teams prior to their arrival at RPI.

Up front, Alexa Gruschow and Lauren Wash join Mari Mankey (sister of junior forward Missy Mankey) in the freshman class. Gruschow played for the Washington Pride in the JWHL in addition to her high school's boys hockey team. She racked up 108 points in 62 games in 2011-12, with even more penalty minutes (110). Wash was a two-time captain and assistant captain for the New Jersey Rockets of the MAWHA, and led the league in game winning goals. Mankey was also a two-time captain and a top student at Hopkins HS in Minnetonka, MN.

After a trial-by-fire season in goal which saw freshmen Brianna Piper and Kelly O'Brien split time in net, the now-sophomore tandem will be joined by newcomer Sara Till from Rice Memorial HS in Burlington, who captained her team three years in ice hockey as well as a year in field hockey and was named team MVP of both teams as well as lacrosse. After last year's split time, and with Till thrown into the mix, it's anyone's guess as to how the goaltending duties will be divided as the season gets underway.

With no exhibition on the schedule this year, the Engineers will jump right into action this coming weekend with a home series against UConn before hitting the road to take on BU (who fell to Cornell in triple overtime of the NCAA Quarterfinals last season) and Northeastern. The last meeting between the Engineers and Huskies was a 5-1 thrashing by the home team in Boston.

The Engineers will host Union in a non-conference affair before opening up the ECAC schedule in the final week of October at SLU and Clarkson. A road trip to Burlington for a Halloween special against UVM will be followed up by a home series against Princeton and Quinnipiac, before a pair at home against Robert Morris and another on the road at Syracuse will round out the non-conference schedule.

From there, the bulk of the ECAC schedule remains, with a home pair against Providence on 1/11 and 1/12 providing the only other break in the conference action for the remainder of the season.

We'll take a look at the preseason polls in the coming weeks along with a preview of the ECAC schedule and recaps of the season's first games. Keep an eye out on Twitter at @without_a_peer for live tweets of home games once again this season, with score updates (and scattered live tweets) from road games as the season gets underway.

Men's 2012-13 Schedule, Take 2

The revised schedule for next year has been released. Changes from the last go-round are in bold. Note that the games previously scheduled for the 25th and 26th of October at Western Michigan have been removed, this is now an open weekend. They have been replaced by a holiday week series at St. Cloud State, which had been rumored for a few months. St. Cloud State needed two additional games after the Great Lakes Invitational, to which they had been invited, was moved to Comerica Park to coincide with the NHL's Winter Classic in Ann Arbor. To add to the Michigan theme, Western Michigan became the invited team, so the swap makes very good sense. We can probably expect to see the Broncos on the schedule in 2013-14 instead.

Thursday, 11 April - NCAA Frozen Four (Pittsburgh, PA)
Saturday, 13 April - NCAA Championship (Pittsburgh, PA)

This may be subject to change, especially if the Engineers end up hosting St. Cloud State, as the recent rumor out of Central Minnesota indicated. They do, however, have all 34 regular season games covered at present.

It is suspected that the third Union game may take place at the Times Union Center in Albany, subject to the AHL schedule for the Albany Devils.

The 36th Freakout! is likely to take place against either Dartmouth or Yale.

Unless something changes, or the Engineers reach the NCAA Tournament, Western Michigan will be the last CCHA team to face RPI. They would be favorites to also be the first NCHC team to face RPI in 2013-14 given the Engineers' almost certain return trip that season, unless fellow NCHCers St. Cloud State are also on the schedule that season.

The women's schedule generally isn't known until late in the summer, but based on previous schedules we can estimate that they will open the season with an exhibition in the afternoon on September 29, and should probably have non-conference weekends at Syracuse and Robert Morris and one at home against UConn. RPI has had four straight seasons of non-conference weekends against Niagara, it is unknown if that will continue.

Expect the women's season to wrap up the weekend of February 22/23. The 2013 Women's Frozen Four takes place at Ridder Arena on the campus of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN, taking place March 22 and 24.

The women's schedule was released yesterday. Here it is in all its glory.

Of note, the national champions from Wisconsin will be coming into Troy in mid-November. There's not much reason to suspect that the games will be anything terribly different than they were in Madison last season, but... you never know, maybe we'll use some home cooking to get a goal or two, or shock the world. Regardless it should be a pretty good weekend to catch a game at the Field House.

The "series" with Syracuse, it appears, will continue for a third consecutive season, which is pretty nifty. A weekend with Niagara also appears on the schedule for a fourth straight year, while the Engineers head to Burlington this season in return for the Catamounts' appearance in Troy last year.

Friday games are at 7 p.m., Saturday games at 4 p.m. unless otherwise noted. ECAC league games have the little star next to them.
